There is always high demand for killer case studies for emerging investment areas, that is why we grabbed the opportunity to discuss a recent programmatic OOH campaign for Extra Gum which recently won the JCDecaux Programmatic Campaign of the Year Award on the IAB Australia podcast. Data collection is now underway for the March quarter Internet Advertising Revenue Report, which will be released in mid-May. The recently released IAB US State of Data 2025 report with analysis of the use of AI in various components of the advertising ecosystem is a highly recommended read. Ipsos has also just released a new travel report, based on data from Ipsos iris, which offers a detailed look at the behaviours, trends, and profiles of Australians using digital travel sites and apps. Key takeaways include increased travel activity among GenZ and GenX, growth in DIY and home-share accommodation driven by cost-of-living pressures, and a shift in travellers' brand preferences when it comes to international airlines.
