Our Video Council has just published an incredibly useful video ad format matrix showcasing the various environments available for different video formats from 42 different media owners and platforms. The matrix can be used for information and inspiration for agencies and advertisers when reviewing the range of options available for their video assets.
Brand safety and ensuring that ads appear within content that is suitable for a brand have been major discussion points in the market this week. Our Head of Tech Jonas Jaanimagi has just published detailed guidance on approaches and management for brand safety and suitability for IAB members. A must-read for those looking to minimise risk and ensure their brand appears in suitable environments.

There has been a great market response to both our How Search Engine Advertising Auctions Work guide as well as a new interactive tool to look at optimising SEM activity. Thanks to our Future of Search Working Group for continuing to develop resources in relation to the search market, which represents 44% of the total paid digital ad market.
Our 2024 Internet Advertising Revenue Report will be released on February 24 for IAB members. In the meantime, insights on the US and Australian digital ad markets have been published in AdNews.
