Ad Effectiveness | Ad Blocking Research | Measurement Conference

Dear IAB Community,

The past month has been another busy one at the IAB and we have more great resources for you, including:
  • Ad Blocking Research: Wave 2 of our Australian Ad Blocking research shows that while awareness of ad blocking has increased, the use has declined.
  • Ad Effectiveness Glossary: IAB's Ad Effectiveness Council has produced a new glossary to standardise and explain the common terminology used by ad effectiveness experts.
  • Simplify and Inspire Podcast: In our two new episodes we discuss Ad Ops with the experts from Pubmatic and Digital Measurement with Nielsen.
  • New digital data legislation proposed for 2019: Our Director of Regulatory Affairs has outlined some key points in the The Data Sharing and Release Act (DSR).
Also, check out the video from our Digital Ad Ops Conference recently held in Melbourne. We spoke to attendees and get their thoughts on the biggest challenges and opportunities facing Ad Ops at present.

And coming up in October we have the inaugural IAB Australia MeasureUp conference. We are presently taking submissions for speakers and sessions and there are a number of sponsorship opportunities available. You can respond to our call for papers here and email us for more info on sponsorship.
